当社、太平工機株式会社は前身である若山鉄工所（明治31年創業工作機械専門メーカー）が第二次大戦の終戦後に工場を接収され、その後の企業再建整備法に基づいて、新日本工機㈱・㈱若山鉄工所及び当社の3社が第二会社として発足した事によりスタートしました。
1949年の創立以来、半世紀以上に亘って、織物用及びフィルム用のテンタークリップ・ピンチェーンの専門メーカーとして歩んできております。特に織物業界では現在、国内唯一のクリップメーカーとなり、海外製品の流入が増えるなかでも太平ブランドのテンタークリップは業界トップブランドとして国内のみならず、海外も含めて多くのお客様に弊社製品をご愛用頂いております。テンタークリップ・ピンチェーンはシンプルな構造の中に長年に亘るノウハウと熟練工による技術が蓄積されております。太平ブランドのテンタークリップ・ピンチェーンはこれからも最高級の品質と耐久性を保持しながら、お客様の様々なご要望にお応えさせて戴くことをお約束します。
 

Taihei Koki MFG. Co., Ltd. was the predecessor Wakayama Iron Works (a manufacturer specialized in manufacturing machine tools in 1898) was handed over to the factory after the end of World War II.
Based on the subsequent corporate rebuilding and maintenance law, we started with the establishment of Shin Nippon Koki Co., Ltd. Wakayama Iron Works Co., Ltd.  and our company as second company.
Since its founding in 1949, we have been a professional manufacturer of tenter clips and pin chains for textiles and films for more than half a century.
Especially in the textile industry, now it is the only domestic clip maker and as the influx of overseas products increases, the tapered brand's tenter clip becomes the industry leading brand.
 We have patronized our products for many customers including not only domestic but also overseas.
The tenter clip and pin chain has accumulated know-how for many years and techniques by skilled workers in a simple structure.
